Learning to Type

The keyboard helps us communicate with computers.

We use keyboards to:

  • Write words
  • Enter numbers
  • Search for information
  • Create documents
  • Send messages

Typing is a skill that improves through practice.

You do not need to type fast at the beginning.

Start slowly.

Accuracy becomes speed over time.

Tip

Do not compare your beginning with someone else’s experience.

Practice creates progress.

Reflection

  3. How did typing feel today?

  4. What would I like to practice more?

“Small practice today becomes confidence tomorrow.”
